Part of our grand vision at Pike Properties is to improve the overall quality of living in both urban and suburban neighborhoods. In addition to improving overall quality of life, we are committed to increasing the value of real estate in our community. Our company builds value by rehabilitating properties that are in significant need of repairs. We are able to target distressed properties and breathe new life back into them by renovating and improving the condition of the property. By doing so we are able to create beautiful homes and encourage home ownership.
As always, having the correct knowledge is essential in order to carry out any mission. In order to ensure our success in residential redevelopment, we reached out to learn from the best. We have developed a close mentoring relationship with the gentleman from CT Homes, LLC. Since the inception of their company, they have literally remodeled upwards of 300 homes. We were able to learn from their experiences and immediately implement their techniques here in our backyard.
Check out some before and after photos from a few of our projects.
Head over to our YouTube channel to view the walk throughs or our various rehabs. You will see us walk through the properties and highlight our progess. We take videos at various stages of the renovation process so you can keep up with the progess of each project. Enjoy!
P.S. – We definitely aren’t oscar worthy actors….so give us a break.
